Hi there! I’m Cécile Bleskine

As a lawyer with an MBA and a passion for holistic well-being, I’ll help you discover practical ways to manage pressure and improve your quality of life, both professional and personal.

I understand how overwhelming things can get. Let’s work through this together!

What drives me to do what I do today

I really get what it feels like to be under a lot of pressure and tense - whether it’s from work or life in general. But the difference is, I’m not the same lawyer I once was. I no longer wake up with a knot in my stomach, dreading my inbox, feeling completely drained by the end of the day, and not knowing what to do about it.

That’s not to say I don’t feel stress and pressure anymore - I definitely do - but I’ve learned new ways to manage it all now. I’d like to think I’m showing up as a better version of myself, and I am far more fulfilled.

I wish someone had shown me the way years ago. Now, I'm here to share what I've learned, helping you navigate pressure, find more balance, and make a positive impact on your life.

My Story

I’m originally from France and have had the chance to live and work in some fantastic other places like Utrecht, London, Dubai, Singapore, and now I’m settled in beautiful Barcelona.

My journey into coaching wasn’t something I planned. While working as a lawyer, I embarked in an Executive MBA, and that experience changed everything for me. It pushed me way out of my comfort zone and introduced me to personal development, which opened up a whole new world of possibilities.

At one point, I even left law entirely, but life had other plans and brought me back to it in a way I never saw coming. Now, I’m balancing both law and coaching, and I love it.

My Approach

Give someone a tool or a technique, and it will last a few minutes, hours, days, or months. Take someone through a curated holistic methodology to deepen their self awareness, and learn tools to empower themselves, and the impact will be profound and last a lifetime

We’re multidimensional beings with many layers of conditioning, habits and mindsets. I strongly believe that “knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom” (Aristotle)

I’ve trained in many diffirent modalities, and blend contemporary science based techniques with the wisdom of ancient spiritual practices adapted to modern days

I find that each of them is a key piece of a larger puzzle. Combined together, that’s where the magic happens. This is what I’m passionate of making you experience through a multidisciplinary approach (psycho-corporal and energetic): The ‘Inside-out’ Approach. To find out more about it, click here

This work will empower you to be more resourceful and take practical, grounded actions to step into what you’re capable of. Make the shift you want in your life finally happen

A bit more about myself…

I’m French, my partner of over 20 years is British of Egyptian parents, and our 2 beautiful girls were born in Dubai. At home, we speak mostly English and French, and sometimes you can hear Arabic or a bit of Spanish. We feel that differences are to be celebrated rather than feared, and we stand up for diversity, tolerance, respect and curiosity

I grew up in France and following my heart and my career, I then lived in Utrecht, London, Dubai, Singapore, and now Barcelona. I’ve loved living in different countries and if you ask me where is home, it’s a difficult one!

When I undertook my Executive MBA, I had no idea that I would embark on an intense personal journey as much as a professional one, that would challenge the beliefs I had in all areas of my life. Committing to a programme where I would have to travel (7000km) back and forth over two years, whilst still working, with a young family, was a tough decision. I am grateful I did it, and to all of those who supported me on this path

A few years ago, I spent one month in Rishikesh, India and trained as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher. I learnt how to really meditate, took traveling inwards to another level, discovered that I loved waking up at dawn to chant mantras, and opened up to spirituality. I also built up strength and flexibility in body and mind. This is still my favorite style of yoga, with Yin and Yoga Nidra coming up next…

Embarking on an intense personal development journey challenged the beliefs I had in all areas of my life, and opened a whole new world to me in all areas of my life. I believe that growth is a journey, not a destination. I’m always reading a new book, and learning or training in something new

The reasons I became a lawyer years ago, are the same that drove me to become a coach: supporting and helping people
