What to expect in the sessions?
Comfortably set up in a quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted, we’ll ‘meet’ online. We’ll start the session with a short discussion, and then, whilst you’re in a very comfortable position, you’ll be led by the sound of my voice into a deep state of relaxation.
Through visualisation and mental imagery, you’ll drift in and out, stimulating your imagination, your intuition and the resources of your mind.
At the end, you’ll be gently brought back to completion, and you’ll be ready to continue with your day. Following up on the session, you’ll receive a audio recording that you’ll be invited to listen to several times until the next session.
