Somatics is the study and practice of the mind and body working together to optimize your experience in and of life, seeing you as a whole person - more than just your intellect, or your capabilities.
Its foundational premise is that the mind and body are interwoven, and change does not happen by simply working with the mind or body exclusively. It is through the interweaving of both that you produce sustainable change. Body-based practices increase your awareness of self
Sound Healing
It's a practice that uses vibrations (Tibetan singing bowls) in order to relax mind and body.
Emotional imbalances are at the root of many physical ailments, and research increasingly highlights the healing power of sounds through their vibrations. As you listen to these sounds, you tend to feel them just as much as you hear them. Singing Bowls therapy restores vibratory frequencies of the body, mind, and soul that may be out-of-harmony and imbalanced
