free - the invitation is for you to reclaim the pleasure to move your body in a way that feels good to you (regardless of how it looks)

No prior dance experience or specific fitness level is required

 

What to expect

During this experience, you’ll be led to move with meaning, and follow the physical sensations in your body. There is no wrong way of doing it!

Whilst Qoya is a process, and a Qoya session is being designed with a theme and a curated playlist, a key word is freedom and you’ll always be invited to follow what is best for you in the moment

More than a class, this is a journey

At the end, you’ll be gently brought back to completion, and taken care of to integrate the experience
